The NIPPON VISIONS section is a space for new talents and experimentation: Here you can find a self-reflective comedy on filmmaking next to a horror film with hand-made special effects. In this section, a jury will determine the winner of the NIPPON VISIONS JURY AWARD, sponsored by Japan Visualmedia Translation Academy (JVTA), while the audience can choose the winner of the NIPPON VISIONS AUDIENCE AWARD, sponsored by Japanisches Kultur- und Sprachzentrum.
