A small town somewhere in Japan: Tradition is very important and therefore every boy has to wear the same haircut. One day, a boy from Tokyo arrives with dyed hair! Yoshino, the barber, wants to keep things as they were, but the boys are beginning to resist. How long can the tradition be preserved?

About Naoko OGIGAMI
Naoko OGIGAMI, born in Chiba Prefecture in 1972, moved to the U.S. in 1994 to study film at the University of Southern Carolina. She then worked on commercials and made her first short films before making her feature film debut with YOSHINO'S BARBER SHOP.
