Once summer arrives in Japan, it’s time for one of the refreshing varieties of Wagashi, a traditional Japanese sweet. In this cooking class, Lina ZIVANOVIC of Atelier WabiSabi will show guests how they can prepare delicious jelly desserts like Kingyobachi and Shingenmochi.
