They are colorful and popular in Japan at any time of the year: sweet nerikiri made from white bean paste and mochi dough. Ohagi made from glutinous rice and red bean paste are a specialty in autumn. Lina Zivanovic will show you how to easily prepare these delicious sweets yourself. The workshop is also suitable for vegans.
