Sho MIYAKE 三宅唱
TWO SEASONS, TWO STRANGERS
旅と日々
Nippon Cinema ª
One summer, two young people meet awkwardly while rain pours over a raging sea. One snowy winter, a screenwriter’s acquaintance with a village hermit develops into an unexpected adventure. Sho MIYAKE’s atmospheric drama, which won a Golden Leopard at the 78th Locarno Film Festival, uses seasonal aesthetics to explore the magic of random encounters.
