Workshop: Zen Meditation

Zazen (za = “sitting” and zen = “immersion”) is a meditation technique of Japanese Zen Buddhism in which one directs full attention to posture, breathing and mind in deep concentration. Barbara Beste from the Zen Dojo Frankfurt will give you a practical introduction to this sitting meditation, during which you can quiet your mind. Please bring a blanket and a pillow.
