Naoya KUSABA

Naoya KUSABA was born in Nagasaki Prefecture in 1991. After graduating from Oita University, he studied screenwriting at the Film School of Tokyo. Afterwards, he worked as an assistant director for TV productions and serial dramas. His directorial debut came with his independent film SUPER MIKIN CORINISTA (2019), which won multiple awards at the PIA Film Festival. YUKIKO A.K.A. (2024 / NC ‘25) is his second feature film.
