Tatsuyuki NAGAI

Tatsuyuki NAGAI, born in Niigata Prefecture in 1976, started his career as a freelance storyboard artist and director in the anime industry in 2000. After the success of TORADORA! (2006), he made his career breakthrough with the award-winning anime series ANOHANA: THE FLOWER WE SAW THAT DAY (2011). He gave his theatrical debut in 2013 with the adaptation of this series. In 2015, his film THE ANTHEM OF THE HEART became a big international hit.
