About Kihachi OKAMOTO
岡本喜八
Kihachi OKAMOTO, born in 1923, studied at the renowned Meiji University before founding his own film company. As a director, he shot in diverse genres, especially anti-war and samurai films as well as modern comedies. He died in 2005.
