Shiroto No Ran (Amateur Riot) is a group around activist Hajime MATSUMOTO, who runs a second hand electric store in Koenji against repressive measures enforced by the authorities. The shop is also a centre for demonstrations, for example against the Iraq war in 2007. In 2011 the group started the first anti-nuclear demonstrations in Tokyo.
