After her parent’s death Sumika returns to the family’s rural homestead to collect her inheritance. There she meets her mousy little sister Kiyomi, her sullen big brother Shinji and his frantically cheery wife, Machiko. With no money forthcoming, Sumika decides to stay and soon old rivalries are erupting. Visit this family at the edge of a nervous breakdown!

About Daihachi YOSHIDA
吉田大八
Daihachi YOSHIDA was born in 1963. After graduating from Waseda University, he directed commercials and won numerous awards. In 2007, he directed his first feature film FUNUKE SHOW SOME LOVE, YOU LOSERS!, which was officially invited to the Critics` Week of the 60th Cannes International Film Festival.
