円卓 こっこ、ひと夏のイマジン

Third­grader Kotoko shares a cramped flat with her seven family members. But rather than living a happy family life, she'd prefer to be special like the children in her class that have to wear eyepatches, stutter or suffer from cardiac dysrhythmia. With visual finesse, director Isao YUKISADA takes us into Kotokos world, which breathes childlike lightheartedness but is occasionally intruded by the darker features of the adult world.
