Dyeing With Natural Materials
Kusaki-Zome is a Japanese craft in which cotton fabrics are dyed with natural plant extracts. Together with artist Yurika SAITO, you will dye your own furoshiki cloth using red onion skins and fix the color with Japanese onsen mineral powder. Please bring an apron or wear clothes that you do not mind getting dirty.
