Japanese Sweets Yokan and Chatsu

Wagashi are artistically presented Japanese sweets. Together with Lina ZIVANOVIC from Atelier WabiSabi, you can prepare two variations: chatsu, a matcha dough filled with sesame paste, and fruity yokan jelly, made from red bean paste and eaten with figs, walnuts, and strawberries. Please bring your own container so that you can take your creations home with you. Lina ZIVANOVIC also offers a wagashi cooking class for kids.
