The 23rd Kinema Club Conference will conclude with a public panel discussion, moderated by Mari KISHI. Hannah AIRRIESS, Takuya TSUNODA, and Kenta KATO will present the current state of research on Japanese cinema. On the occasion of the festival anniversary, they will offer a look back at the development of Japanese cinema since 2000 while also discussing what future perspectives and impulses they see in the works.
