Workshop for Kids: Aikido

The Japanese martial art of aikido is not about defeating attackers. Instead, the aim is to get them to give up their hostile attitudes. Want to give it a try? Join Stefan WEISS, 5th dan Aikikai, from the FTG Frankfurt Aiki-Dojo and you will learn your first techniques. This includes a lesson on why balance and trust are so important in aikido. To join, please bring comfortable sportswear, preferably with long sleeves and trouser legs.

This NIPPON KIDS workshop is exclusively for children, but one accompanying adult may participate as a spectator free of charge.
