In the workshop, Chieko IDETSUKI will show you how to shape and paint your own sugar figures (“amezaiku” in Japanese). This tradition has existed in Japan for over 800 years and is especially popular with children. You can choose whether you want to form a dolphin or a bird from the candy syrup. They’re almost too pretty to snack on!
