Workshop: Zazen – Introduction To Zen Meditation

Zazen (Za “to sit” and Zen “sinking”) is a meditation technique in Zen Buddhism, handed down from master to student since Buddha Shakyamuni. The term means to “simply” sit in deep concentration. In this sitting meditation attention is focused on your posture, breathing and mind. Barbara Beste from the Zen Dojo Frankfurt e.V. will give you an introduction into zen meditation, to escape the stressful moments of everyday life. For this online workshop you will need a pillow and a blanket.
