Yukihiro MORIGAKI, born in Hiroshima Prefecture in 1983, made multiple documentary films during his studies at Hiroshima Institute of Technology, after which he worked as a director for commercial spots. His feature film debut GOODBYE GRANDPA! (2017) was screened at international film festivals and received numerous awards. He has also made many successful TV dramas and documentaries. RUDE TO LOVE (2024 / NC ‘25) is his third feature film.
