Michio KOSHIKAWA


Michio KOSHIKAWA was born in Shizuoka Prefecture in 1965. Besides his early work in theater, he has a background in film distribution and production. He established the production company Slow Learner in 1997 and produced films like THE PRISONER by Masao ADACHI (2006 / NC ’07), SKETCHES OF KAITAN CITY by Kazuyoshi KUMAKIRI (2010 / NC ’11), or OUR HOMELAND by Yonghi YANG (2012 / NC ’12). His directorial debut ARENO – THE WILDERNESS premiered in the Japanese Cinema Splash section of the Tokyo International Film Festival in 2015. His film LIFE AND DEATH ON THE SHORE (2017) was invited to several international festivals.
