Shunya ITO


Shunya ITO, born in 1937, began working as an assistant director at the Toei production company in 1960 after studying literary aesthetics in Tokyo. In 1972, his debut FEMALE PRISONER #701: SCORPION was a sensational success. This was followed by two more episodes in 1973. He has been a freelance director since 1991.
