Kaori MOMOI, born 1952 in Tokio, used to work actress and had been in front of a camera for 35 years until she debuted as director with FACES OF A FIG TREE. She is one of the most famous celebrities in Japan and starred in the film MEMOIRS OF A GEISHA.
