About Motomitsu KAETSU

Born 1976 in Tokyo, graduated from the film department of Nihon University College of Art in 1999. During his studies he shot GOCHISO SHAM (1998) and OVERTONE (1999). Currently doctoral course (film) at the Nihon University Graduate School of Art.




Masanori TOMINAGA

Tamasuke is an inventor in the field of biology. Shortly after the earthquake on Tako Island, he visits his ex-wife Shinako, who is from there. She tells him that her current husband travelled abroad as a merchant with mysterious import-export business, but Tamasuke cannot believe it. Tamasuke is interested in him because he is looking for import possibilities for his discovery: "Nomikui-Mushi" - insects that can be used to fight an epidemic of dangerous fleas. But there is also a group of interested people behind this invention.

About Masanori TOMINAGA

Masanori TOMINAGA was born in Ehime Prefecture in 1975, and studied at the Nihon University College of Art. His thesis film DOLMEN (1999) received an honorable mention from the international jury at the International Short Film Festival Oberhausen. His short film VICUNAS (2002) won the Grand Prix at the Mito Short Film Festival. His feature film debut was THE PAVILLION SALAMANDRE (2006).
