The next Japanese cooking night is imminent and you want to surprise your guests with a soup made from homemade miso? The paste, which is made from soybeans, rice, barley and yeast, is available in red, white, yellow and black as well as in sweet and hot flavours. In this cooking course you will have the opportunity to make your own miso paste. Please bring small preserving jars for storage.
