Telling a story in an animated short film is an art in itself: A focused plot is required to capture the audience. This program showcases the full stylistic range of animation, ranging from charming and funny to melancholic and dark. Selected from numerous submissions, these films are all competing for the NIPPON ANIMATION SHORTS AWARD, to be presented by a jury for the first time on June 6.
