Workshop: Katori Shinto

Katori Shinto swordfighting is one of the oldest styles of Japanese martial arts and can be traced back to the 15th century. The experienced trainer Matthias STETTLER will introduce you to forms of movements that are less about attacking than about letting go, less about rigor than about flowing. Previous experience is not necessary. We recommend wearing comfortable, movement-friendly clothing in the workshop.
