Poems Of Flower Rain
雨花蓮歌
Nippon Visions ½
Even with their Korean ancestry, sisters Reiko and Harumi are rooted in Japanese language and culture. While Harumi is curious about her heritage, it is an obstacle for Reiko, whose mother disapproves of her Japanese boyfriend. Jengil PARK’s emotional and subtle feature film debut deals with prejudice and identity – and how different generations handle it.
