Many contemporary Japanese poets sought and found their inspiration in Tokyo – be it in the middle of the big city hustle and bustle or in the winding little alleys of this metropolis. In his lecture, Dr. Christian Chappelow from the Institute of Japanese Studies at Goethe University Frankfurt will present selected poets and their lyrical impressions of Japan’s capital.
