Panel Discussion: Japanese Film Industry – Women Raising Their Voice

The #MeToo movement has reached Japan: During the last months, numerous well-known Japanese filmmakers have been accused of sexual abuse. With that background, our panel discussion will address the working conditions of women in the Japanese film industry – and raise the question of what can be done to improve them.
