Miso is a paste made from rice, soybeans and barley. It is the basis for many traditional Japanese dishes. There are numerous spicy and sweet variations with different ingredients and colors. You would like to know more about the Japanese all-rounder? In this workshop with Kimiko ITO, you will learn interesting facts about miso paste and you will have the opportunity to make your own miso. The required ingredients will be sent to you after signing up.
