In this workshop in cooperation with the Japanisches Kulturinstitut (The Japan Foundation), we take Japanese cinema at its word! Katharina Dudzus will analyze dialogues from a Japanese film with you and go into the cultural backgrounds. You will be amazed at how much you can find out about the characters just by examining the linguistic forms! The workshop assumes a basic knowledge of the Japanese language (level A2).
