Yuzu fruits, sansho pepper and matcha tea – their aromas invoke a longing for Japan. In addition to the art of sake brewing, the Japanese have been cultivating their shochu distillation for 400 years, refining their technique over time. Japanese gin is the combination of botanicals and shochu. In this joint online tasting, Yoshiko Ueno-Müller presents a selection of gins.
The tasting set includes:
6 embottled samples of 20 ml each (AKAYANE LXX, Matcha, Gin Heart Haru, Natsu, Aki, and Fuyu)
The tasting set will be sent to you via mail after your registration. IMPORTANT: Please specify your address during your registration.
The tasting will be held online via Zoom and the ticket price is € 38.
