About Julien Faraut

Julien Faraut was born in Colombes, France, in 1978. After studying history, he started working for the sport institute INSEP in Paris, where he supervises a collection of 16mm films. Using this collection, Faraut makes his own visual essays, combining sport history and documentary art. JOHN MCENROE: IN THE REALM OF PERFECTION (2018) was shown at the 2018 Berlinale.
