SKIP CITY INTERNATIONAL D-Cinema FESTIVAL: Shorts
Nippon Visions ½
Nippon Connection presents three short films from the 2020 festival edition of SKIP CITY INTERNATIONAL D-Cinema FESTIVAL. MUITO PRAZER tells of refuted prejudices and questions of cultural identity through an exchange between a Japanese and a Brazilian-Japanese school. THEN I ADD COLORS TO A PANDA AND A ZEBRA is a playfully entertaining examination of an aspiring manga artist’s self-doubt. And in STAY, the attempted eviction of an occupied house takes a different course than one might expect.
