Sho MIYAKE
三宅唱
Sho MIYAKE, 1984 in Sapporo geboren, besuchte die Tokyo Film School. Mit seinem Kurzfilm TONGUE OF SPY gewann er 2009 beim CO2 Festival in Osaka den Hauptpreis. Sein erster Langspielfilm PLAYBACK wurde 2012 in den Wettbewerb des Locarno Film Festival eingeladen. Mit seinem Dokumentarfilm THE COCKPIT (2014 / NC ’15) gewann er den NIPPON VISIONS JURY AWARD. Seine Filme AND YOUR BIRD CAN SING (2018, NC ’19) und SMALL, SLOW BUT STEADY (2022, NC ’22) waren im Programm der Berlinale vertreten.
